2. Eligibility

To use our Services, you must:

• Maintain the security of your account credentials

3. Our Services

Maakhaiba connects you with home cooks and food preparers ("Home Mothers") who prepare and deliver authentic Odia homemade food. We act as a platform to facilitate these connections and process orders.

4. Ordering and Payment

• All orders are subject to availability and confirmation
• Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes
• Payment must be made at the time of ordering through our secure payment gateway
• Delivery fees may apply based on your location
• Estimated delivery times are provided but may vary due to circumstances beyond our control

5. Cancellation and Refunds

• Orders can be cancelled within 10 minutes of placement for a full refund
• Cancellations after food preparation has begun may not be eligible for full refund
• Refunds for quality issues will be processed after investigation
• Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5-7 business days

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use our Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Harass, abuse, or harm our staff, Home Mothers, or other users
• Provide false or misleading information
• Attempt to breach our security measures
• Copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission
• Use automated systems to access our Services

7. Food Safety and Allergies

• We strive to maintain high food safety standards through our Home Mothers
• Please inform us of any food allergies or dietary restrictions when ordering
• While we take precautions, we cannot guarantee complete absence of allergens
• Users with severe allergies should exercise caution

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our platform, including logos, text, graphics, and software, is the property of Maakhaiba or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Maakhaiba shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our Services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Maakhaiba, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of our Services or violation of these Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bhubaneswar, Odisha.
